• OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same title and credit you for return first class postage. UNOPENED product may returned within 10 days in its original condition for exchange or in-house credit. We will not accept returns of any product taken out of it's plastic wrap. We do not issue refunds for returned product, we will exchange or issue in house credit. Used CD’s and LP's are not returnable unless defective.
    Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • SHIPPING: All orders within the USA are shipped by Priority Mail or First Class Mail; postage rates include free insurance for the full value of your order. For orders sent outside the USA see special information below.

    Temporary shortages sometimes do occur, especially with imported labels. Although we try to be as accurate as possible, we are not responsible for typographical errors.

INFORMATION FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A

  • POSTAL CHARGES: Our shopping cart will calculate the approximate air mail postal charges for your order. We do not know the exact charge until we weigh the package. We will email you an invoice when your order is shipped detailing the exact postage and insurance charges. If you require any special shipping arrangements please let us know.
  • Due to problems with theft of packages we must ship all orders outside the U.S. by insured parcel post. Please let us know if you prefer surface or air mail delivery and we will let you know by email what your total shipping charge will be.
