HOW TO USE OUR SHOPPING CART: It's easy!
Click the button for items you wish to add to your shopping cart.
When you are ready to check out just click the cart image on the bottom or
left side of any page, this will take you to the check out screen shown below.

- OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee your satisfaction. If you receive a defective item we will replace it with the same title and credit you for return first class postage. UNOPENED product may returned within 30 days in its original condition for exchange or in-house credit. We will not accept returns of any product taken out of it's plastic wrap. We do not issue refunds for returned product, we will exchange or issue in house credit. Special order items that do not appear in our catalog and used CDs are not returnable unless defective.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
- SHIPPING: All orders within the USA are shipped by Priority Mail or First Class Mail; postage rates include free insurance for the full value of your order. The shopping cart will automatically calculate the postal charge for your entire order, back order items, are shipped at no additional charge. If you prefer a different method of shipping let us know. We are also able to ship by U.P.S. and FedEx for an additional charge. For orders sent outside the USA see special information below.
- PRICES & AVAILABILITY: All prices and titles listed are subject to change without notice. Temporary shortages sometimes do occur, especially with imported labels. Although we try to be as accurate as possible,
we are not responsible for typographical errors.
- BACKORDERS: We will ship what we have available and backorder any titles that are out of stock. All backorders are cancelled after 30 days. Credit card orders are not charged until backorder items are shipped. Please note in the special instructions section of the order form if you do not want to us back order out of stock titles,
INFORMATION FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A
- POSTAL CHARGES: Our shopping cart will calculate the approximate air mail postal charges for your order. We do not know the exact charge until we weigh the package. We will email you an invoice when your order is shipped detailing the exact postage and insurance charges. If you require any special shipping arrangements please note this in the special instructions section of the order form.
- CUSTOMERS IN ARGENTINA AND MEXICO PLEASE NOTE: Due to problems with theft of packages we must ship your order by insured parcel post. Please let us know if you prefer surface or air mail delivery and we will let you know by email what your total shipping charge will be.
- INSURANCE: Please note in the special instructions section of the order form if you do not want insurace.
The customer assumes all risk for un-insured packages.
We will not be responsible for orders that are not insured.
